Massage therapy requires self-care of its practitioners to have a sustainable practice/career. It is ideal for therapists to have the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance required to give the energy it takes to consistently practice massage therapy.
This class will target each of the aspects for overall self-care.

Class will include yoga asana, savasana, drumming, musical listening and visual art meditation, intuitive movement, tea time among other self-care methods.
This class will be a mixture of discussion, demonstration and supervised practice. Modifications will be offered for those with injuries or conditions that require it.
