Due to THEC and TN Massage Board rule policy change May 31, 2022, This class can be taught in-person or via LIVE webninar.
2-Hour TN Massage Law Class for Establishment Owners was created as the board requires all owners who are not licensed massage therapist to take a 2-Hour TN Massage Law Class once every two years. If you are already a TN LMT, you need the TN Massage Law and Ethics class.
CE Credits: 2 Hours
Cost: $200.00
A copy of the current Tennessee Massage Board Rules, Regulations & Policies will be provided.
General review of all rules and regulations with emphasis on:
- Practice standards and inspections of establishment
- Necessity of Licensure
- Establishment licensure process
- Licensure renewal
- Retirement, Reinstatement, Inactivation and reactivation of licensure
- Continuing Education
- Disciplinary actions and civil penalties
- License/Establishment address and name
- Advertising
- Consumer Right-To-Know requirements
- Professional and ethical standards
